Biography
Jim is a member of Actors Equity and a graduate of Southern Methodist University MFA Acting Program in 1988. Since then, Jim has had a long and varied career. For the last 16 years, he has worked extensively in Washington DC. He has also worked and lived as a actor in Seattle, Chicago, and Houston. Currently, he is on faculty at KD Studios Actors Conservatory of the Southwest where he had taught seven years prior to moving to Washington DC in 2000. Jim was also on faculty at Nebraska Wesleyan in 2008. Jim has also acted as Managing Director for New Theatre Company for seven years and Fountainhead Theatre for three years.

DFW Area: Dallas Theatre Critic's Awards; Season of Work, Leon Rabin Best Actor; Rocket to the Moon. Recently, Jim was named Fort Worth Weekly Critics Choice Northside Hollow and A Lost Leonardo was mentioned in both "Theatre Jones" and "The Column Awards" Best of(s) 2017.
